My Take

My Take is a project working with young people from Groundwork Creswell to explore Creswell Crags and the surrounding landscapes and document their experiences. Activity began this September, with our first few workshops seeing a number of teenagers learning Ice Age survival skills on site, exploring our largest cave and learning about site management and conservation.

Over the next few months the group will be working alongside filmmakers, a professional photographer and a flintknapper. The project will result in an exhibition to be displayed in Creswell Crags and in other local spaces, plus a digital exhibition to be displayed on Creswell Crags and MuBu websites. For more information visit www.mubu.org.uk/creswellcrags.

My Take has been funded by MLA Renaissance East Midlands(Open Spaces and MuBu) and the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.
