Booking a Visit
The Museum and Education Centre and the limestone gorge are open for pre-booked parties everyday. To book an educational visit for your organisation either telephone 01909 720378, e-mail info@creswell-crags.org.uk, or write to Creswell Crags Museum and Education Centre, Crags Road, Worksop, Notts, S80 3LH. Telephone bookings will be confirmed to you in writing including a detailed agenda for your visit.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend that groups visits are booked at least two months in advance.
Charges for Education Group Visits
Primary and Junior Schools:
£4 per child (no charge is made for adults at a ratio of 1:5)
Secondary School:
£5.50 per child (no charge is made for adults at a ratio of 1:10)
Higher Education and Further Education Groups:
£5.50 per head for a 2 hour program. Possible extra charges for a longer program or extra activities.
Special Interest Groups:
The charge for Special Interest bookings (both adult and children groups) will depend on activities chosen. Please call us to discuss your visit and we can give you a cost.
There may be an extra cost for groups wishing to visit after 5:00pm
