Join ornithologist Jack Baddams to learn how we study the birds of Creswell Crags.

Take this unique opportunity to get up close and learn how to safely handle and release our feathered friends. Learn about the process of ringing birds, and what it tells us about bird populations, survival and migration.

You'll get an opportunity to learn about the birds commonly found here at the Crags, including where many of our visitors have flown from. Some of our smallest visitors have flown thousands of miles to visit the Crags, and some are just locals who love to stay!

This activity will take place partly outdoors, please dress appropriately for the weather.
