Festive Stone Age Story Time

Sun, 17 December 2023

12:00pm & 2:00pm

Join our Stone Age storyteller for an hour of enchanting stories. Children aged 5 – 11 will be led on a journey through story and picture books, about mammoths and hunters, as well as a few festive stories thrown in too!

This will be a time to sit and listen to stories from the Stone Age – both factual and fantastical! It’s a great way to light the spark of imagination for children visiting this amazing place.

Sessions run at 12pm & 2pm, and last for approximately an hour. December's Stone Age Story Time will take place in the Library if weather is unsuitable for a visit to the cave.

This is a FREE event for local children (living in S80 4** postcode areas), and £3 per child living outside this area, with parents/carers welcome to accompany them for free (please note that while we do require at least one adult to accompany each child/group of children attending, spaces for adults are limited to one per child).

Spaces are limited, so please either book online here, or by phoning us on 01909 720378. Places may be available on the day, but we advise booking an advance to ensure your child can take part.
