Coronavirus Update: 12 March 2020

Creswell Crags, including our museum, cave tours, and café, is currently open for business as usual.

Please note that we have slightly reduced capacity on cave tours to give every visitor more space, so it is highly recommended that you call to book in advance – 01909 720378.

Our staff and visitor safety are our top priority. We are carefully monitoring official guidance on Coronavirus. Updates will be shared via Twitter (@CreswellCrags), Facebook (Creswell Crags Museum and Prehistoric Gorge), and posted on our website: www.creswell-crags.org.uk. Staff are being kept informed of any changes by our management team and Board of Trustees.

A reminder that you can find more information on what to do during the Coronavirus outbreak from the NHS online: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

If you have returned from an affected area and have symptoms you should stay at home and contact your GP or 111. We ask all visitors to remember government advice to wash your hands regularly, using soap and hot water, for 20 seconds. We are reminding staff to do the same and have added extra levels of disinfectant procedures to our daily cleaning routine.
