Save 10% on a future cave tour by purchasing vouchers alongside a full-priced cave tour!
When you book a cave tour online in August, you will be given the option of purchasing a voucher for a different cave tour, with 10% off the usual price. Simply select which other cave tour(s) you would like to do in the future, select how many adult and child tickets you would like, and the appropriate vouchers shall be added to your basket at only 90% of the usual cave tour price.
So, if I’m booking a Life in the Ice Age cave tour for my family, I can buy discounted tickets for us all to come back to do an Art in the Ice Age cave tour at some point in the future?
Yes! If you buy the discounted cave tour vouchers for the Art in the Ice Age tour as part of booking process for the fully priced Life in the Ice Age tour, you will then be able to use these vouchers to pay for an Art in the Ice Age tour at any point within the next 12 months.
How much will this save me?
This is a saving of £1.50 per adult ticket, and £1.00 per child.
When can I do the other tour?
If you don’t know exactly when you will be returning to go on the second tour, this is not a problem, as the voucher will be valid for 12 months from date of purchase. If you know exactly when you want to do the second tour, simply complete the initial purchase for the full priced tour and vouchers, wait for your vouchers to be emailed to you, then go to the booking page of the second tour and redeem your vouchers.
How do I receive the vouchers?
Vouchers will be emailed to the customer along with the tickets for the cave tour booked. Each voucher will contain a voucher code, valid for the type of ticket (i.e. adult/child) and tour selected.
How do I redeem the vouchers?
To redeem your vouchers, go to the booking page for the tour you have vouchers for, select the date and time of the tour you wish to book onto, and use your voucher codes as payment at checkout. Multiple codes can be entered for the same booking, so if you have bought a number of vouchers, these can all be entered to pay for several people on the same tour.
How many vouchers can I buy?
Each visitor booking a full price adult ticket will be able to purchase up to 10 adult vouchers and up to 10 child vouchers for each additional tour. These are the maximum vouchers available per transaction, regardless of how many fully priced adult tickets you are purchasing.
Can I buy cave tour vouchers if I book over the phone?
Sadly not - this offer is only available when you book online. Discounted cave tour vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed through our online booking system.
Please see our cave tour voucher offer terms and conditions for further details, and call us on 01909 720378 if you have any further questions.
